Mobile strategy and design
Misfit Mobile collects, collates and diagnoses the business requirements of the client in relation to its internal processes, customer-facing process and those elements of the business that can benefit the most from mobile technology. This results in a mobile strategy design document. This design document is an effective blueprint for any commercial entity to confidentially move into the mobile space.
Design a Mobile Strategy – The mobile strategy design document outlines the proposed mobile solution, the solution’s feature set and the implementation plan, including timelines and relative costs. This document is linked to customized key performance indicators (“KPIs”). These KPIs are developed alongside the client and signed off by all relevant parties who are in the project team. These KPIs are deemed as the most important elements of the entire project as they map out exactly what is required of the solution
Implement – Misfit Mobile then executes and implements the mobile strategy design. This implementation is done via a dedicated client team which is made up with the skill set of business analysis, mobile systems architecture, core level programming, user interface know how, user acceptance testing and is over seen by a project manager.
Commercialize and monetize – After the solution’s rollout Misfit Mobile does live analysis on the solution to ensure that the KPIs have been met and the entire concept has been successfully integrated across the client’s business.
The analysis carried out by Misfit Mobile involves the setting up of a reporting time period in which all data generated from the solution is captured across a process and system wide area. This means all KPIs can be clearly shown as being met.
